{Process} Full Service Design

One of the questions we are often asked by clients & design partners is how we do what we do! How many projects are moving at once? How do we work with clients out of state? While I love having this conversation together, I wanted to outline the information and dive deeper into the process for seamless communication and a smooth experience.


Part 1: Onboarding

During this initial phase, we start with a discovery call and consultation. We get to know you, the scope of your project, your budget is set, and you're signed on as a Carriage House Studio client.


On site meetings, walkthroughs, questionnaires, vision boards, inspiration images: we get to know our clients on a personal level. Every design detail and decision we make has you in mind for a truly bespoke experience.


Part 2: Design Development

Now that we’ve gotten to know you better, it’s time for our team to create a bespoke, comprehensive presentation of finishes, selections, renderings and design boards that will help you visualize the overall look and feel of your project.



Part 3: Project Management

During this stage, we are actively working behind the scenes to manage your many facets of your design to ensure a seamless execution. Once designs are approved, we begin reserving trades and placing orders. Shipments are tracked and coordinated. Selections are received and inspected for perfection at our local receiving warehouse and held to await installation.


You can expect real-time communication regarding the status of your project at every step.


Part 4: Installation

It's little wonder that this part of the process is often our favorite-where we see the vision transformed to reality and executed with artisan details. We finally get to welcome you home to a brand new space for your family to enjoy!
